An edifice that is designed for a world of conveniences, we revolved the communication around spaciousness, opulent living, and an upgrade to a superior lifestyle. After extensive project and competition analysis, location assessment, and offerings, we hit the spot with our unique proposition.

our path

Creating a strong story line that goes with the prospective customer’s needs, we renamed Tower B to Castello, Sion Circle. Reflecting the ethos of the tower, Castello means building castles in the sky. A fortified tower that is a benchmark of boundless grandeur, reserved for the few.

positioning

Where space is an essential, we established the project as a luxury of expanse in the heart of a bustling city. Adding to the many advantages of the project, we blended the communication with Sion being the premium neighbourhood, spectacular views, and luxury amenities, we found the most apt positioning line:

Capturing the allure of the project, the tallest tower, and ultra-spacious residences in the vicinity, the communication was designed to be elegant and thoughtful. We focused and conceptualised the wordplay around spaces so big.
