THE ORCHID HOTEL

India’s first five star ecotel hotel, the Orchid Hotel is a pioneering hospitality chain that has been patronized by several renowned figures. From having hosted the Dalai Lama to being one of the leading hospitality names in the city, the brand sorely lacked an equivalent presence.

the challenge

Despite their extensive range of offerings and rich history, the hotel had slowly left the limelight. The five star status was not ideally reflected across brandings and communication, hence it was essential to identify and present their prime offerings for maximum traction and awareness.

our path

After deep-dive project analysis and competitor research, a clearer target persona emerged. We redesigned the communication for a more impactful approach focused on increasing interactions and awareness.

standardization

Embodying the lavish appeal of a five star, we created elegant templates, and standardized the font, design, and communication format.

The extensive brand manual brought a sense of seamless continuity across the pan-India Orchid hotels.

individualization

The creatives are enhanced with light and dark, highlighting different aspects to tell a story, cultivating an air of anticipation. After all, the art of fine dining extends far beyond the meal, transcending the moment as it communicates a rich sensory feast that resonates with our global-travelled guests.
