In 2015 we were referred to the team of Raheja Exotica, one of the developments by Raheja Universal, situated at Madh Island, to tackle their branding needs. The task at hand was to understand the project challenges and opportunities and develop a new communication strategy that matches the caliber and uniqueness of the property and its location.

After a multiple site visits, in-depth analysis of the project and evaluation of the response received by the current marketing campaign, we came to a conclusion that a complete overhaul was needed to truly communicate the uniqueness of the project and the array of amenities it had to offer.

The layout and design is heavily inspired by exotic island getaways, cerulean waters and the ambiance of a resort. Where every step is brimming with the comforts of island living, the space ensures the convenience of urban luxuries.

We transformed the perception of the project by re-launching Raheja Exotica, teaser + launch + supporting campaigns, across multiple platforms and our work has been a key asset to the sales team at Raheja Exotica.
